Let your children explore the wonders of nature while developing their artistic skills at the beautiful site of Wild Heart Hill on the south downs. Each session will be unique, leading from the children's interests in an open, mindful and sustainable way.
There'll be activities on offer such as wild art, storytelling, outdoor games, campfire cooking, nature exploration, yoga, chill out zones and much more. And, of course, lots of playing with friends.
Our approach is based on child-centred learning, which means that we encourage children to lead their own learning experiences. We integrate nature-based activities into our sessions to foster a deeper connection between children and the environment. We believe that nature and art offer endless possibilities for children to learn and express themselves.
Our experience of working in Reggio inspired settings enriches this further by bringing creative provocations into play which, ignite our children's imaginations and help bring their ideas to life. We work with natural and scrap materials, mindfully exploring all their potential, repurposing them into something meaningful.
At Wild Arts, we believe that learning should be fun and inspiring. We believe strongly in project work and listening closely to what children have to say. By building on the children's interests and supporting their vision we also support them in becoming self confident individuals. By encouraging their imagination and creativity we enable new problem solvers, ones that understand the infinite potentialities that nature can offer, and support them in their futures.

A part of our income goes towards supporting the Sussex Wildlife Trust and Indigenous guardians through Nia Tero, recognising the people and organisations working to protect nature and biodiversity.
We want children to grow up not only understanding the world around them, but feeling empowered to shape, protect and create a better one.
